Lead CGI Artist
Originally from the sunny Barcelona, Alex loves to get his hands dirty creating complex moving images with dynamic colour and composition. He enjoys watching robots falling down, staying up late, very late and all Tony Scott blockbuster movies.
Motion Designer
Ciaran is partial to all things motion graphics related. He is a film lover originally from Ireland. He likes good canal walks, creating collages and is a little bit musical.
Senior Designer
Senior Designer Ian (aka. Les) has been a member of the Intro team for over fifteen years. In that time he has fulfilled the roles of Trappist Monk, Soldier and a number of other animal embodiments within a variety of Intro productions. He works closely with long-standing clients Nike and Canon Europe.
Senior TV Producer
From Barnet to Brazil, from roller skates to racing cars, from dormice to divas, Jo has been producing commercials, music videos and other moving image content for many years. An ideal day off might consist of flea market, pub lunch, long walk, music / movie, and talking nonsense with friends.
Partner / TV Director
Julian is a hands-on director of all forms of film, music videos and commercials – a specialist in green-screen filming, special effects work, an editor, compositor, sound designer, art director and image creator. He heads up the in-house post-production team.

Julian is responsible for a broad spectrum of work in music, publishing, arts & advertising. He works across all media, from print to film to sound design. A combination of old school craft and technological skill are the foundation of his design approach.
Operations Manager
Originally from Norway, Kari brings an offbeat Scandinavian vibe to Intro’s office. With a background in design, advertising and all round problem solving she is our go to person for anything office related, from Cat 6 cabling to bacon rolls.
Managing Partner / Exec Producer
Katy founded Intro in 1988. She has over 30 years’ experience of producing major campaigns for ad agencies, music, retail and broadcast. She is a passionate supporter of creativity, and is most happy when managing complex projects with multiple deliverables.
Designer / Director
A multi-faceted designer and director, Neil’s interested in original ideas, thoughtful design and engaging technology. Recent achievements include unlocking a turquoise Ebay trading star and finishing the Ally Pally parkrun with age-graded score of 62.85%.
Finance Manager
Victoria Kershaw joined Intro as an admin assistant. Nearly 10 years later she manages the accounts and keeps everyone in check. She’s also made a cameo in an Annie Lennox video and an ABBA TVC.
